Meet friends, develop skills and make a difference. Participate in our Lunar New Year Festival. Help plan a karaoke night. Create traditional origami cranes for a fundraiser. Help organize a social or workshop. Share your ideas and see them come to life. Work with other students and staff to build events and activities around the principles of leadership, consciousness and community. Become a leader through opportunities including:

• Peer Mentor Program

  Peer Mentors help first-year and transfer students make a smooth adjustment to college life and culture, direct them to UCR’s resources, and help them discover opportunities for personal, academic and social growth. Get paired up with a peer mentor or become a peer mentor to help other students.

• Student Coordinator

  Apply for employment at APSP as a paid student coordinator or volunteer to build your resume with work experience and skills. We also occasionally get internship leads and pass them on to our student workers.

  We accept applications for our student coordinator positions every Winter Quarter.
